Called to Commitment and take Intiative

We love how the concept works yet have not realized if were up to make the commitment. We love the concept of having a relationship because in this concept it provide us joy, romance, intimacy, care and love. We love the concept of doing exercise everyday for it provide us a healthy lifestyle. 

We love the concept of having a pet for it gives us loyalty and cuteness in our life. We love the concept of having a higher position for it gives us confidence and some people to look up to us. 

But we sometimes forget the most important question we need to ask our selves in all of these concept, "ARE WE WILLING TO COMMIT THE COST OF ALL THE BENEFITS?" Because most of the time we see how good the concept is to be applied in our life and how helpful it can be but we failed to see the process on achieving such concept. 

Are we willing to sacrifice when love becomes a struggle in a relationship? Are we willing to sacrifice to wake up early in the morning everyday just to maintain our exercise? Are we willing to provide all the needs of the pet when it gets sick? How about all the waste it will produce? Are we willing to sacrifice our most valuable time to be spend in our family, friends or love ones for the higher position we desire? 

Commitment comes from WITHIN not through what we see is good and apply it. So when we ask God about the things we desire rather than the things we need we would be disappointment in the end. 

For God can provide us all the desires we wanted but He knows our commitment to fulfill our desires does not match. God is working in the substance within us to strengthen our commitment before He can provide us the desires which we can handle. But even if we already have the substance and the strength to commit to a concept, it all boils down to our decision. 

God provided us each calling in our life but it takes a heart of commitment and initiative to decide for us to fulfill it. By the time we decide to commit and never again go back to where we left of it is in the process of the concept we commit sometimes we decided to quit. Never realize that when we get the feeling to quit it is when our concept is near to fulfill. 

God will help us to grow, learn, meet the right people, and take the right path but it is when our destiny is near to fulfill or it is when we need to be the one standing on the stage, are we willing to step up? Sometimes in that moment of critical decision we face fear, pressure, and discouragement however in order for us to finish strong we need to remember why we started it in the first place. Strengthen what is within to overcome the cost and take initiative to decide to reach what we started.
